Vohra Wound Physicians of California successfully achieved a defense verdict in a case brought under California’s elder abuse statute. The jury in a unanimous 12-0 verdict found that Vohra and its consulting physicians were not care custodians. For close to 20 years, Vohra Wound Care has provided specialty physician consultants in the post-acute care arena to patients with wound complaints.
