Vohra CMO Gives Commencement Address at Ball State University

Vohra Wound Physicians Chief Medical Officer Dr. Shark Bird, MD, CMD, CWSP addressed the new graduates at the Ball State University College of Health Spring Commencement earlier this month in Muncie, Indiana. 399 students graduated from the Ball State College of Health this spring with undergraduate, masters and doctoral degrees. This is just the third graduating class from the newly formed College of Health. Dr. Bird is a Ball State Cardinal alumnus. He completed his undergraduate degree and a masters degree at Ball State. He was also recently appointed to the Ball State University College of Health Advisory Council. Dr. Bird spoke to the graduates about some of his experiences at the school and encouraged them about what they face next. “As you’ve learned from many people here, your fellow students, university personnel, community individuals, they’ve all provided you with the wings to fly. So, now its up to you to make use of those wings. Take what you’ve been given. Launch with confidence and safety from the Cardinal’s nest and fly.” To watch Dr. Bird’s full speech, click here.
