The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the Billing/Collections Manager to create and drive forward innovative ideas for performance and KPI improvement, tracking both billing and denial trends within accounts receivable and assist with creating front end edits or rules to help increase clean claim rate, reduce denial rates and increase cash collections and reimbursement. This position exercises a degree of independent judgment, decision making and comprehensive analysis related to denial AR workflows along with Auditing of employees and accounts required to help understand how to provide additional training or process enhancements while maintaining a 97% quality expectance rate.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation and overall coordination of information of payer denials, while supervising the Senior Collection Representatives.
  • Completes monthly and quarterly team performance evaluations to assess productivity standards and measures them against productivity standards of organization.
  • Serves as systems analyst to address information management improvements and recommends integrated approaches to collecting, reporting and using financial and operational performance data to support the set goals.
  • Applies statistical techniques and methods in reviewing AR reports, to develop other financial analyses to increase revenue.
  • Proficiently runs reports, including daily AR inflow, rejections and denials.
  • Analyzes outstanding AR and assigns tasking reports to maintain GCR rate and minimize DSO.
  • Collaborates with the Billing/Collections Manager to create and drive forward innovative ideas for performance and KPI improvement.
  • Keeps informed of billing trends in the insurance industry and with individual payers.
  • Management of Reimbursement.
  • Analyzes insurance denial trends and assists with creating front end edits or rules to help increase clean claim rate, reduce denial rates and increase cash collections.
  • Maintains a strong understanding of payor related changes across all states/markets.
  • Provides weekly status reports on projects to Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
  • Effectively leads regularly held RCM team meetings.
  • Audits employee accounts required to help understand and provide additional trainings or process enhancements while maintaining a 97% quality expectance rate.
  • Implements goals and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the practice.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
  • Develops protocols, forms and informational tools to assist staff with billing procedures and processes.
  • Maintains and manage payer portals including creating and revoking access as needed.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable.
  • 2+ Years of Revenue Cycle Management Experience.

We are seeking for a full-time Lead Quality Analyst.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance Lead experience.
  • Experience working with/leading onshore and offshore teams required.
  • Proficiency in SQL using Microsoft SQL Server in a .NET Development environment.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Prior experience working in a Healthcare/Hospital environment required.
  • Healthcare experience -working with ePHI in systems governed by HIPAA.

  • Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.

The Robotic Process Automation Lead role is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all functions of the Robotic Process Automation solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management workflow. Role requires hands on technical and problem-solving skills. Position is required to work with stakeholders and solution developers assisting with research, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring the quality control of developed process outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Run analytic reports to track and monitor RPA process outcomes.
  • Interact closely with various functional and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for automation as well as interdependencies of project activities.
  • Responsible for following change management processes for BOT deployment and modifications.
  • Gather and develop requirements, map process and design solution to create automation workflows.
  • Create, modify, and maintain protocols to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Testing for all protocols prior to development and implementation.
  • Proactively communicate status and critical issues to leadership and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ongoing support of the RPA solutions through problem management, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Policies and Procedures based on departmental needs.
  • Develop training material for staff and RCM leadership based on researched guidelines.
  • Participate in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Follow all compliance policies and advise RCM leadership of changes in policies.
  • Work with Revenue Cycle leaders on automation opportunities to consult, design, develop and/or support solutions using RPA and, potentially, other technologies.
